a quiet seat?

Hmmm I seem to be starting a random series of seats in strange places. It is in the intersection of a busy crossroads on the southside of Glasgow. What you can't see is that there is also a slip road with taxi rank behind me.

Why would you want to sit there? I have seen folk using it but with a beautiful park at the side I would have thought that was a nier place to sit.
