Thanks to Ikea (and a few screwdrivers) I have a real bed for the first time in years!
In years past my mattress has either been right on the floor or 3 1/2 feet up in the air on a platform.

Makes my room look so much more put together now.
I got a whole room-full of furniture from Ikea. (thanks for the birthday presents mom and dad!)

It was my first trip to Ikea...what an impressive place! I can't wait to get back there again and pick up some more details for the apartment and my room.
