Toro

I apologize for the frequency of my food blips, it seems my camera and food are always in close proximity. Anyway, this was dinner last night. I wanted to try something that I've never ever had before and on the menu was this, Nori Toro Don. The toro is the prized tummy of the tuna, buttery and full of Omega 3 fats. Mixed with a raw egg yolk, wasabi and topped with fresh chives.
