Market at St Palais sur Mer: Paella is ready!

St Palais is a small town just north of Royan. W have been coming herer on and off since 1988. The market is so full of fresh fruit and vegetables (new season garlic!), very fresh fish and seafood caught locally (criée de Royan), and other splendid products, such as these olives.
