a suspecious character

Whilst my husband was loading the car this little fella decided he was going to land on top of the car and catch some rays!!!!

Im guessing it must have escaped from somewhere as budgies aren't usually seen around yorkshire flying wild. Luckily the budgie flew away before my husband drove off!!!!
