Helped Mum pick a new mobile phone at lunch time & as a treat she bought me lunch, thank you mum.

Very busy day at work, quite stressful to. We are rather short staffed at the moment, with one thing & another - so a lot of people cannot be seen or given the answers to the questions they want, when they want them. Tempers were fraying - to be understood of course if you have a problem you want it sorted as quick as possible. But we don't have magic wands - good advice takes time. (rant over)
