Dancing Waters and a Steady Hand

Back over the central library today. There are so my subjects there to blip. The main fountain was running today and the water flowing down the steps caught my eye. With no tripod, I stall wanted to capture the water flowing down the steps. So I held on tight, set the shutter to 1/8 and held my breath. I like the way it came out.
