Stormy, Rainy, Stormy, Rainy!

these little drops of water are falling out of the sky. it's the strangest thing. I think I remember this happening a long time ago, but it's been so long I've forgotten what it was. It smells different, looks different, people are acting all strange. I'm not sure if it's safe to go outside.
