Loco Moco

Marie and I had to drive into Honolulu today and decided to go to the Pineapple Room for the best Loco Moco on the island. Loco Moco is a local plate. Here it's two big scoops of brown rice with a hamburger Pattie (locally raised "grass Fed" meat) topped with two fried eggs and surrounded with delicious brown gravy. It's amazingly good.

I took the photo right after Marie said "How am i going to get all of this in my tummy" She made it about half way before giving up. i on the other hand ate every last bite.
