Yay - its the weekend

We love weekends in this house.

First of all there is 3 hours of Music School. Joe (who went for the first time today) came back raving about learning drumming, keyboards, plus singing and drama. To be honest I wasn't at all sure it would be his thing - but he enjoyed it and wants to go again. Lou joined the Junior Orchestra for the first time - she's one of the better violinists in her school, but I think she's just realised that she may not be one of the best in the Orchestra!!

Then we had lunch out at the 'Milk Bar' in Daventry. They are lovely there, and the food is great too. Then home for playing out. Tonight its sarnies in front of the telly and cake! We've laughed through 'You've been framed', on to cringe through 'X Factor' then 'Ant & Dec', before the children go to bed and we get adult time.

Tomorrow is Meeting, followed by Sunday Lunch and then probably a walk in the woods...

I love the weekend - its such a great family time.
