I don't believe it!!!

I was proud of all these 'made-in Japan' electricity. But not anymore.

Please look at the state of this washing machine!
I have been using this only for a year.

Is this level of 'out of order' acceptable?
And its maker said it could be my fault ( how?!) . I am furious!!

They will come and have a look at it at 6 oclock. a war is 'foreseeable' ...

Japan is not always polite, kind, giving good services. We are just good at hiding nasty side of it.
