Royal Highland Show, Pole Climbing

How to present one image that sums up the Royal Highland show? Impossible, but this event is one of my favourites - I think these two guys are from the Scottish Team. It takes them about 12 seconds to reach the top. This year I was helping out on the stand just next door. Unusually, the show ground was not knee deep in mud, nor was it raining!

What intrigues me is why everyone is tilting their heads to the right?

Back home, exhausted, sipping a reviving cocktail.
