Scalloway

Every saturday we pass this view on the way to the butchers. Today was a bit grey so I'm sure we'll have different views of it through-out the year. Scalloway is the ancient capital of Shetland and is dominated by the castle. It's on the west side of the mainland of Shetland some 7 miles from Lerwick.
