Inherited Ear Tweaking.

This is my daughter reading part of my son's work at Uni. The hand reaching into view tweaking her ear is his. I think he is very pleased by her interest in his work.

It seems I have passed on a strange ear tweaking thing. Often when we are pleased with a person this seems to happen. I have no idea why. But I was glad to catch this moment. They do not see as much of each other as they would like as she lives in Cornwall, over 200 miles away and will be there for many years as she is getting married next month, and settling there in their new house.
