Head for Heights

These dudes are assembling a scaffold to help repair the spire next to where I live. They walk around casually on the partially assembled scaffold, apparently with no fear of the 150 foot drop to the street below.

The main problem I have is they can see directly into my bathroom when I'm taking a shower.
