Stop and Smell the Roses...

...or climb on top of the dining room table and smell the tulips!

In the spirit of my Soccer World Cup support for Holland, I wanted to blip these beautiful tulips that I received as an early birthday present from a friend of mine (my birthday is only in July).

I took so many shots from so many angles (and as many different camera settings). Paddington became restless, wondering what could possibly be more interesting than him. He started off by circling the dining room table, then getting onto the chair and eventually made it halfway onto the table. He then proceeded to sniff the tulips one by one...

I managed to get 2 shots of Paddington and the tulips and then promptly put the camera down and took him down from the table. He seemed very pleased with himself: All my attention was once again focused on him and the tulips were forgotten...:)
