At last

At long last one of the flowers has come out on one of our mystery plants that I first Blipped two days ago.
I still have no idea what they are but I do know that these are the first flowers since getting the plants around three years ago, and it was definately worth the wait.
I am presuming that they are some kind of alpine plant but if any fellow Blippers out there know what they are please feel free to let me know.
The flower itself is 25mm across. Would look stunning if all the flowers came out at the same time.
