The Dark Side of the Forth

Went to Fife today to see my folks. Headed for Lochore Meadows to go for a walk through the woods (to help break in my dad's new walking boots). In order to encourage The Boy, we promised he could play in the new park before and after the walk. When we arrived the new park (and by 'new' I mean open about two weeks) was closed. Due to overuse.

Luckily for us, it's Ballingry Gala Day and they were setting up all kinds of bouncy-castle things so we promised he could have a go at the end of the walk and we set off. This photo was taken near the end of the walk. A subtle reminder that in this excellent country park, you're just a stone's throw from Ballingry.
