Strawberries

What a beautiful, sunny, warm day. It was the perfect Sunday. After a relaxing toast and coffee outside, I spent all day in the garden: weeding, planting seeds, transplanting. Everything is really coming to life now.

Took a break mid-afternoon to watch the England/Germany game. England were really outclassed by Germany. It's been such an interesting and surprising tournament so far.

These strawberries aren't from the garden, I'm afraid. I've only recently planted one small strawberry plant in a pot out back, and to date we've had one berry from it! Instead, these delicious strawberries are from the local Belhaven Fruit Farm. I love this time of year!
