A One Dimensional Badger

I was kinda fascinated by this while cycling home from the town this afternoon. I see a lot of road kill on my journeys to Dublin by car, but this poor divil has long been mowed down and what's left is his dried and flattened hide in his original shape and some hair to confirm that he is indeed a badger, or was, or is, or was, oh I don't know.

And no, I do not have a fascination with dead animals, just live ones.
