Marshall Auds!

We had a long and good day marshalling at the Forestman. We saw the start then did a right turn on the bike and then the run finish - 5.15am to 10pm. My legs had started to feel like I had done the race.
The temperature hit 30 and it looked like it took it's toll on a few runners near the end. I am also thinking that I only have to be present at a race and the temperature will soar freakishly!
