Breakfast
Whole grains* and locally grown raspberries topped with a bit of olive oil and Maldon sea salt. Today I stepped on the Digital Fat Finder and saw 185. That's 13 stone 3 pounds, or 84 Kg for the metrically inclined. And it only took 2 years 4 months to drop from near 300. And all I had to do was eat well. Who knew?
* Trader Joe's "Harvest Grains Blend," consisting of Israeli-stye Couscous, Orzo, Baby Garbanzo Beans, and Red Quinoa.
