Bee Orchid

Treated myself to a new camera at the weekend whilst in Somerset. There was a lot of strange folk abroad, must've been something going on somewhere...

A few Orchids have taken up residence in the lawn at the folks house. I though this was an ideal subject for the "new" toy. This Bee Orchid (Ophrys Apifera) isn't that common, apparently.

SLT liked it too on her day release from Pilton.
