Poppy Art

No, not a rather gruesome spider - those are hanging out in my house rather than outside at the moment (shudder) - and it has six legs too many. It is the end of a poppy, whose velvetiness and colour almost rivals its previous petalled beauty.

Nothing much to report today - went to work, got hot and tetchy, came home and am now about to turn round and go back out to an event which may well rival the Oscars. Hmmmm. We'll see.
