Latest visitor to the garden
We are lucky as I have plenty of wildlife in our garden and foxes are a common visitor, though when I do see one, it is dark and so impossible to photograph.
Foxes are scavengers, but they do have a particular liking for sweet things. I started leaving the odd stale bun out for the fox. Each morning the bun left out the night before would have disappeared.
I then started noticing that the buns were starting to disappear before dusk. After sitting around and waiting, I caught sight of the bun snatcher. This was around 9:20pm.
Now she (?) comes every night and has actually started coming earlier.
This was the best shot I could manage. Imperfections aside, I was happy just to see a fox in such lighting, never mind photographing one.
