Burst balloon in Fed Square

Having just come out of ACMI we noticed that the square had been cordoned off. This large balloon is normally a large sphere where they project an image of the sun.

In the background can be seen the Eureka Tower, the tallest building in Melbourne and highest viewing platform in the southern hemisphere (apparently).
