Thirty Six

On Friday we made our first batch of homemade ravioli. Shown here(I am pretty sure the plural of ravioli is ravioli) Today my wife and I prepared them for dinner. After a brisk boil they were briefly pan sauteed with some butter, basil, and sage. They grew a tad toasted around the edges and mmmm.... Stop by for a taste. I'll try to always keep a batch handy.
