Caught By The River

Lunch at the Hind's Head in Bray with GM - consistently good food touched by the hand of God (well, Heston), and excellent service from friendly staff. BLT for me, but done artily eg. not just any tomatoes, but 'sun-blushed', and no lettuce, instead watercress - just when you think you can't improve a classic, you can. A favourite.

Followed that with a mooch around Windsor (no access to Windsor Castle after last week's Royal visit though) - the sun was shining, the birds were singing, and 5,000 German and Italian English students crowded the pavements. Joy...
