Anti blip

This is what I should be doing rather than doing a blip... but I can't settle to it until the blip is done, so this makes it more important. It also elevates the interest in cleaning, washing and almost any other occupation including watching paint dry. These are referred to technically as displacement activities, and I've done them all!

Unfortunately - I've now run out of excuses!
