Monet-esque Hydro-therapy

The large existing duck pond at our building site is proving to be the perfect hydro-therapy pool for Silver our German Shepherd who has CDRM (the canine equivalent of multiple-sclerosis).

A wire strung from one bank to another means that, attached to a harness, she can swim safely whilst exercising her back legs.

So, three times a day we entice her back and forth with treats encouraging her to push through the water lilies.

The 12 nearly grown-up ducklings are very bemused by all this!
