A poodle on a haystack

We hope to make some good hay this year. The last three summers have been horrendously wet and so we've only been able to get silage, which isn't ideal for sheep. We were a little disappointed with this crop - it wasn't quite as dry as we'd like, but it's not too bad and as it's forecast to rain this evening we just had to get it baled and inside. We have three more fields to cut and so are crossing our fingers for another week of fine weather before the end of July.
