Back On Board
After a 2 month break, I'm back on board the healthy train. That means healthy, real foods, and daily butt-whoopin' workouts (varying groups and intensity of course). Honestly, I was really feeling sluggish and blah and my sleep patterns have been horrendous over the past couple of months. But I was also very unmotivated due to a very long plateau. So I'm tweaking my plan, and not expecting grand and fast results. I am going in with the attitude of making healthy choices a priority, and not being a slave to the scale.
