Local Delicacy - "Fish Casserole"

More like a fish stew in the end, a tasty one at that. Traveling around Yunnan has found restaurant after cafe with "western" foods like burgers and fries, and italian noodles, but what about the food the people eat??? It tends to be much cheaper, more delicious and served with an appreciation for traditional delights.
