Corporate Pyramid is such that the higher you go the lower the intellect. The focus starts becoming more selfish and relating to exclusivity. No wonder the people at the top are seeing the things in strategic perspective and less in operational.

I really liked what Vineet Nayar, HCL CEO has to say about the putting Employee's first and customer's second. He believes that if you have the employees happy, they customer's will automatically start delivering value to the customer. I like the idea not because it is a paradigm shift, but because I feel it is correct.
