School's out for the wee warriors.

Yeah!!

Wasn't it the best feeling as a child? The last day of term......not just any term but the summer term.

All those long, sunny, aimless, days spent almost entirely outdoors.
Building dens,
walking for miles to the beach,
woodland adventures,
caravan holidays,
ice cream vans,
getting up at the crack of dawn to try and find the fairies that you absolutely believed in.

It's goodbye to P2 and the nice easy and gentle lessons and the 'wee one's' playground.

P3 is going to a wee bit different but we've several weeks of blissful summer first.

The holidays began in true Scottish fashion........with pouring rain but it has brightened again......here's hoping the sun stays.
