Filled with nutrition, I hear...

It's been a fairly indoorsy day today... lovely weather outside, but never got out. Spent this afternoon sorting out a dodgy hard drive with the suppliers of my computer, who agreed it was duff, so worked for about half an hour delicately extracting it (which included pulling out the graphics card just so I could get at the blasted screws). So that was a bit exhausting in the heat!

And now it's clouded over and bleh. Don't feel up to going out. So here's something I snapped in the garden earlier! I quite like the colours on blue bottle flies, and I love these leaves. According to some, eating insects is an excellent source of protein... can't say I've ever wanted to try it.
