In Byker, Newcstle Upon Tyne, graffiti has begun to appear overnight. Someone goes to an awful lot of bother to proclaim their love for someone.
First the I LOVE U appeared, and just when everyone was getting used to it , the big blue heart was there.
I wonder what will be next.
