About four weeks after it apparently became available but a mere three days after actually being told about it I was able to pick up my key for my new locker today and move out of my previous locker, which had been mine since the eighteenth of April 2005. The absence of showers should mean that the room remains at a slightly more tolerable temperature and humidity. The pile of shirts I usually keep inside the locker should be safe, in the absence of a shower directly across from it, from being occasionally accidentally doused by stray jets of shower-water attempting to escape the shower cubicle via the ceiling.

I was hoping to find some interesting and forgotten artefacts when cleaning out my old locker but found nothing except the large and small rubber earbud-replacement-flange things for my last-but-one pair of earphones.
