Sign of the Times

A Cigarette machine, to get to the Poisonsticks you have to either put your Driving License in, (proves you are 18) and pay cash or your Bank Card and have it booked off your Account. They are all over the place and are rarely Vandalised.Wonder how long they would last in Clapham ??????
