White Night

Last night was "White night in Tel Aviv", it is a yearly celebration since July 2003 when the white city of Tel Aviv was announced a world heritage by UNESCO. White night in the White city.

There were parties, live music concerts, tours, plays and dances- all for free- on the streets and indoors all around the city and all night long. Many of the shops and restaurants stayed open and gave special deals and treats.

On Rothchild boulevard there were different bands and plays and music. the theme was world cup and the shows were of various countries. There were thousands of people!

This dancer was dancing to the sound of jembes (african drum) and was in total extasy, I hope I will be able to dance like this one of these days!
