Imagine if you will that each and everyone one of us is a brick and we are all joined togther to form one wall. As a team we have to stay together to support whatever it is we are supporting. Should one brick decide to break away then not only does it remove its self but it splits the group and no matter how you try you cannot put the group together again without that individual brick or one to take its place ... and even if one of those were to occur work is still needed to secure the bonds!!
