The Mayo Machine

After breaking two kenwoods in the past few years by whisking too much mayonnaise I recently opted to replace the food blender with a handheld whisker. It seems much more robust, makes better mayo and better meringues and cost around one sixth of the price of a blender. It also looks good after it has been Fractaliusized.

Long day in a 5 hour client meeting for which I was scheduled to be present for 1 hour. I will have lots to catch up on tomorrow. I also forgot my headphones, grr!

Watched 'The Men Who Stare at Goats' in the evening and I have to say it's probably nearly the best film I've seen this year so far.
