Silverknowes

Another morning driving to work in the sunshine hoping it would still be there when I left! Thankfully it was, so a quick trip home for lunch and to get changed before heading out again.

Took a wander down at Silverknowes and it is the first time in ages I have been there when the tide was out. I had a lovely wander along the beach watching people walk their dogs, crazy people taking a dip in the sea and watching all the boats out on the Forth.

A lovely breath of fresh air!
