'Strawberry Swing' kinda day ...

A lovely day in London - hot, sunny and happy. Just what summer should be about - MCC chaps on the tube headed for a day at Lords, and me headed for Marylebone High St (one of my fave places in London) and a morning at Divertimenti for '4 July' cookery demo. After tasting the scrummy baked goods and in the afternoon sushine I meandered down to Oxford St for a bit of shopping and stumbled on the London Pride 2010 parade pictured here. Colourful, kicking tunes and everyone so happy, both those taking part and those watching the parade go by.

A lovely relaxing day, free to wander and not have to be anywhere particular at any specific time - just what a weekend should be :)
