Individual Back Street

There's these houses near to where I live, where no two houses look the same.
The only thing they seem to share is on a metal sign that wears their name.
There's tiles; chimneys; garage doors; windows; coloured paints that look funny,
Stitched together, repaired and sewn up, using gobbled up redundancy money...
