Salute To America with a Dead Battery
Today was a photographers worst nightmare. Showing up to a shoot and finding the change battery signal flashing.
This is my 3rd trip the "Salute to America" fireworks show with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra put on at The Henry Ford Greenfield Village. A wonderful night of food, fireworks and the Detroit Symphony Orchestra. I had this blip all planned out to the letter and when My first capture showed "change battery pack" I knew I was in trouble.
So here is my Saturday, July 3rd picture. It's very made up and is a compilation of mine and Eagle's camera's images that I took. This is not great but it is what it is.
A good Sunday everyone...

Caution Tech Stuff: This is a made up shot using 2 shots of the stage. One lower and one upper with the upper brought way down above the performers. Then to this mix I added 6 fireworks shots. Now here is the tough part. Shoot the orchestra during daylight and blend into night. Add to that six different fireworks shots all taken on somebody else's camera and you can see trouble...
