Montignac

The beautiful village of Montignac where Suzos Ma now lives. The floral decorations are in preperation for the Felebre festival which we unfortunately got the date wrong for and will miss. It is a celebration of all things local and is on the theme of bees and flowers for which the area is renowed. It was really gearing up when we were there with a real hands on community effort. Every shop and business was decorated and much to the Mother in laws delight we got some for her new house which I was volunteered to erect. It really will be spectacular and the village is very proud to have been selected for only the third time in it's history and the first in almost one hundred years, a bit like Hibs winning the scottish cup. so it is a once in a lifetime thing for most locals.I was inspired to write a song about it. I think it's quite good. To the tune of 'Celebrate' sing along 'Felebre..Bonne temps..Allez...de de de de de de de de..de de.' Ah good times
