Sunday ? ... Just Hanging Around

This is a blip of my wife halfway down the outside of the Malmasion Hotel on the Newcastle quayside.

For someone whose idea of exercise is lifting a wine glass or, if she is very energetic a wine glass and opening a packet of crisps, this is a fantastic and brave thing to do.

Rather her than me.

She and fourteen other work colleagues were taking part in a charity abseil to raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Research and Metro Radio Cash for Kids, so far over £3000 raised with more to come.

Well done to all the brave, or stupid, souls ..
