anyone got a light??

i like the smoking ban.

i like going to the pub and not coming home stinking and, as i spend a lot of my time in clubs/bars/smoky situations, i like the fact that i may not be slowly killing myself through passive smoking.
i dont mind the fact that im often left alone in the bar whilst all the smokers make new friends and jovially exchange persecution stories outside in the rain and i dont even mind walking through crowds of them to get into the bar in the first place. i just hold my breath.

what i do mind are the people who insist on throwing their butts on the road.

i thought edinburgh cooncil had wardens to dish out £50 fines to these folks.Not that id want to try and charge any of the regulars at this pub where i found this little treasure trove of nicotine and unpaid fines....
