American Classics

We were all set for a nice 4th of July in the cul-de-sac with the kids playing, some bbq, and finishing off with fireworks. But of course, the typical NW weather kicked in and it rained all day. Luckily, one of our neighbors offered to host everyone so we cooked up our burgers and dogs inside and took it over to their place. My wife made cupcakes and decorated them as the American Flag. It turned out to be a very fun evening, and we're hoping for good weather tomorrow so we can do some fireworks with the kids.
